This is an anticlimactic first posting. In fact, 9/10 Icelandic doctors agree that you should skip it altogether. In summary: The United States Government and the Icelandic Government (my financial supporters) have absolutely nothing to do with this blog. I serve both countries in an unofficial capacity only.
